Error while installing SQL Nexus

description

I am getting the following error while installing SQL Nexus version 2.5.0.2. I got the same error while installing release 1002.
 

TITLE: mscorlib

Some or all identity references could not be translated
 
I am installing on SQL Server 2005 SP2, Enterprise edition, 64 bit server. Please help.

in one place SQL Nexus calls WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent and the error appears to come from when SQL Nexus calls that method.
can you log out and re-login to see if you can do it?
have another person run it to see what happens.
if none of the above work, please go to SQL Nexus log file %temp%\sqlnexus.000.log and copy the stack when this fails and post it here

I followed your instructions and I see the same error. Also, I do not see any sql nexus error log file in %temp%. I am pasting the info below that I got from error description for TITLE: mscorlib

same problem here. tried it a few times after re-login. did you find already a solution?

could it have something to do with the regioanl settings ???

ok.t's a local issue. i tried changing the locale (us/gb) but no luck. any idea how to resolve?

this is fixed in 2.5.0.5. if you rename builtin Administrator account, this could occur
